Hiromi Nakajima, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Hiromi Nakajima, RMT is a graduate of the Georgian College Massage Therapy program.

Through a blend of theoretical and hands-on experiences, Hiromi gained the knowledge, skills, beliefs, and values necessary to meet the requirements to practice massage therapy in Ontario.

Hiromi has received training with a wide array of clientele, from individuals recovering from stroke, those living with fibromyalgia and chronic pain, to people experiencing headaches, and postural imbalances.

Hiromiís main focus as a practitioner is to help people restore functional movement and achieve optimal wellness. With the increasing effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on mental health, massage therapy may help to alleviate symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression. Hiromi offers treatment incorporating modalities such as Swedish Massage, Myofascial release, Connective Tissue techniques, hydrotherapy, and Trigger point release.

Hiromi strives to continue in the pursuit of knowledge and is always working on expanding her skill set. Her goals are to become trained in cupping, hot stone massage and cranial sacral in the near future.
