Certified Athletic Therapist & Registered Kinesiologist


Lauren completed her degree with High Honors in Athletic Therapy at Sheridan College in April 2015 and became a Certified Athletic Therapist in June 2015. She then successfully completed the College of Kinesiologists Entrance Exam in April 2017. Prior to studying at Sheridan, she completed her Bachelor of Arts in 2010 at the University of Guelph.


Lauren has worked with athletes at the recreational, varsity and professional levels, having supported the Women's Volleyball team at Seneca College (who went to Nationals in 2014) and the National Ballet of Canada.

She has worked in a variety of clinical settings including Toronto Rehabilitation Institute on the inpatient brain injury unit, a specialized concussion clinic and in an industrial setting.

To deepen her knowledge and athletic therapy practice, Lauren has taken numerous courses including a Level 1 certificate in Neurorehabilitation through Brock University.

Lauren is a believer in functional movement and training and will use this approach in her treatments, along with manual therapy, specific exercise prescription, and education.
